TADPOLES!

Tadpoles are fascinating!  Did you ever spend time on your hands and knees as a child watching them swim about in some pond or at the lake shore?  I watched them for days!  They start out as a bunch of gooey eggs in the water, sometimes as many as 3000 to 6000 that hatch into tiny tadpoles.  The egg provides up to 21 days of nourishment if needed before they hatch.  Apparently, they eat non-stop until their metamorphosis into a frog begins.                                                                

They are born adapted to water with a tail for swimming and internal gills.  Before your very eyes, they begin to grow legs!  First their front legs then their back legs begin to appear.  At the same time, their tail begins shrinking as it is reabsorbed into their body and their gills morph into lungs!  This tadpole stage can be as short as two weeks or as long as three years!  Then they leap out of the water and you have a frog!!!!

IF GOD CAN DO THIS FOR A FROG, A BUTTERFLY, MAYFLY, DAMSELFLY AND A MOSQUITO, DON’T YOU THINK HE COULD AND WILL DO IT FOR YOU?????

YES!  The message is so clear in the ‘Book of Nature!’

You see this ‘metamorphosis message’ again and again! It is critically important!

Can you see it?  Do you believe it?  Will you receive it?

It is what this life is all about! The benefits of metamorphosis are clearly seen, over and over again!  This frog is telling us that God wants to make you beautiful, colorful.  He wants to take you higher.  He wants you to be able to see more clearly.  Set you free from the confines of your early, tadpole existence.

With bugs and frogs, metamorphosis is a matter of a better life, instinctual.  With humans, it’s not only a matter of a better life, but a matter of life or death and a choice!!!
God made this clear when He said, ‘This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses.  Now choose life, so that you and your children may live and that you may love the LORD your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the LORD is your life.’  Deuteronomy 30:19-20.

THINK ABOUT THIS!!!  He made it possible to ‘choose life’.  Why, because of sin, all of us were born separated from God and ‘dead in our transgressions and sins.’  Ephesians 2:1.  And, unless we ‘choose life’, we will stay separated from Him, the giver of life throughout eternity!!!!!  He is not condemning anyone to death, instead He offers a way to move from ‘death’ to ‘life’ by accepting His provision of eternal life through His Son, Jesus Christ! 

‘For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.  For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.’  John 3:16-18.

Jesus revealed His Father’s heart’s desire when He said, ‘For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.’  John 6:40.  Again in 1 Timothy:2:4, God ‘wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.’

He wants to save you from death and give you life as soon as you turn around (repent) and face Him.  Your metamorphosis will make you a brand-new creation!  ‘If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.  
2 Corinthians 5:17. 

You will become a child of God!  ‘As many as receive Him, to those who believe in His name, He gave the right to become children of God – Children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.’  John 1:12.

AND, now it becomes possible for you to live a Godly life as He originally intended!  ‘His divine power has given you everything you need for a godly life through your knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, (6-8 thousand of them contained in the pages of the bible just for you) so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires!’  2 Peter 1:3-4.
